We require a credit card to book appointments online and adhere strictly to the cancellation policy due to a large amount of people cancelling last minute or not showing up at all. This behaviour affects an RMT’s income and in these hard economic times can have devastating consequences for your therapist. Please remember you are not just paying for a massage, but also your RMT’s time.

Please arrive 5 mins before your appointment time to use the washroom and to remove your shoes.
